Jay Wayne Pledger brings over 20 years of experience to Dillard Hill from his extensive history in the oil and gas industry.

He has been instrumental in the development of over 150 wells across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Alabama, and New Zealand. As a result, Mr. Pledger has a diverse background with expertise in a variety of wells including vertical, horizontal, extended and triple lateral operations. Along with developing in the prolific Permian and Fort Worth Basin.

Jay Wayne, as a family man, has developed strategic plans to build what he refers to as “Legacy Assets” for the company and partners. Through his experiences, Jay has prided himself in the education he has received over the years working directly with prestigious geologists and Engineers in developing high production fields.
